• Own the Client Relationship: Serve as the senior relationship leader for assigned clients
• Own the Engagement Outcome: Ensure alignment between what was sold and what is delivered
• Orchestrate Across the Lifecycle: Partner with Business Development before close to ensure continuity
• Drive Accountability Across Teams: Align Implementation Directors, Controllers, CFOs, and Operations across shared outcomes
• Protect the Business: Maintain awareness of engagement economics, scope, and sustainability
