Job summary

Medidata is seeking a senior program manager to lead client relationships, ensure timely delivery of high‑quality projects, and govern multi‑project programs. You will own the governance structures and guide delivery teams across resources to meet objectives.

This role requires identifying opportunities, mentoring staff, and maintaining strong communications with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and value delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in clinical/biomedical and/or software development environments.
• Ability to mentor and lead project teams.
• Experience in advisory capacity with independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Lead large, complex projects and manage governance.
• Ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Provide proactive communication to stakeholders.
• Coach and train junior team members.
