You will support budget tracking, strategy development, and quality checks while coaching junior team members.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, communications, life sciences, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in client services, consulting, market access, healthcare, pharmaceutical communications, strategy, operations, project delivery, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting cross-functional project teams, client workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with standard business applications, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Client Communication and Engagement: Manage day to day client communication and engagement for assigned workstreams.
• Delivery and Workstream Management: Own development and delivery of assigned work products, ensuring deliverables are accurate and ready for review.
• Resource and Capacity Awareness: Coordinate day to day workload and assignments within assigned projects.
• Financial, Strategic, and Quality Support: Support budget stewardship, financial tracking, and performance reporting as needed.
• People Development and Process Improvement: Coach Associates and junior team members on process expectations, project execution, and communication standards.
