Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 7+ years of client management and revenue-alignment experience.
• 2+ years as a Client Director with multi-million-dollar deals and executive relationships.
• Sales experience in IT services or software sales and targets achieved.
• Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to clients.
• Serve as the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with solution teams to design ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage executive relationships with assigned clients.
• Coordinate worldwide development and deployment of resources.
