Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Client Delivery Executive to lead end-to-end delivery for a key client in a hybrid role. You will oversee delivery quality, governance, and client relationships at CXO levels, aligning services with contractual commitments and revenue forecasts.

The role requires 8+ years in transitioning and managing application, cloud, datacenter, infrastructure and security services, with ITIL v4 expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience transitioning and managing Application, Public/Private Cloud, Datacenter, Infrastructure, Security, Workspace and Consulting services.
• 8+ years of experience managing a highly leveraged service environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery for a specific client and ensure adherence to contractual commitments.
• Monitor delivery quality and client satisfaction through direct interactions with key stakeholders.
• Lead governance meetings and manage outages/escalations and SLA adherence.
• Mentor delivery leaders and coach large teams of delivery professionals.
