Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Client Service Specialist to govern client contracts and ensure delivery aligns with requirements.

You will act as the business relationship manager for a region/division within Corporate IT Services, guiding service catalog changes and coordinating stakeholders daily. You will be the senior advocate for the region, ensuring cross-functional teams meet performance standards while maintaining objectivity and strategic alignment with corporate goals.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the performance of all operational delivery of centralized IT.
• Assist transformation teams in centralization of services by engaging the correct stakeholders and coordinating engagement.
• Ensure transformation is in line with the Scope of Work.
• Collaborate with regional/service provider stakeholders to align service aggregation with the partnership agreement.
• Maintain objectivity and guide client strategic direction for Corporate IT as a trusted advisor.
• Manage escalations and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Govern contractual obligations (e.g., vulnerability management, service reporting, escalations).
• Govern regional/divisional risk registers.
• Foster a culture of service management excellence and continual service improvement.
• Lead communication during security incidents and critical escalations to stakeholders.
• Develop regional/divisional strategy roadmaps and implement them.
• Govern the Continuous Improvement Register.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
