Job summary

SmarTek21, LLC. seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technical delivery across multi-account client engagements.

You will drive architectural oversight, governance, and financial performance while coordinating distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams. The role requires 7+ years in technology with 5+ years of leading delivery, strong IT services background, and expertise across software, cloud, and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering.
7+ years in technology with 5+ years leading delivery across client accounts.
Experience in IT services, consulting, or managed services.
Strong foundation in engineering/architecture across apps, cloud, infra, and integrations.
Proven ownership of engagement financials and profitability.
Experience managing distributed teams onshore and offshore.
Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, SDLC governance, and production support.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight across software, cloud, DevOps, enterprise integrations, and managed services engagements.
Review architectures, technical estimates, dependencies, and implementation approaches to ensure robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
Guide cross-functional teams in CI/CD, automated testing, observability, reliability, and release management.
Own end-to-end delivery across client accounts, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk registers, and executive satisfaction.
Translate SOWs into delivery plans with milestones, staffing plans, governance, and acceptance criteria.
Manage engagement financial operations, resource utilization, forecasting, and gross-margin performance.
Lead distributed teams onshore and offshore, balancing complexity, cost, and risk.
Serve as executive escalation/delivery contact, lead governance cadences and quarterly reviews.
Collaborate with Sales/Solutions on RFPs, SOWs, and strategic expansion.
Evaluate and integrate AI tools and automation to optimize velocity and efficiency.
