Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Client Advisor to support strategic transportation clients within our US Affinity organization. This role supports growth across a broad commercial client base, including delivery and logistics providers, transportation-related businesses, marketplace operators, and emerging segments.

The successful candidate will bring insurance and client-management experience, with strong program management skills and executive presence, to help drive client growth, improve risk outcomes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Insurance industry experience (underwriting, brokerage, commercial lines, product management, or client management).
• 5+ years managing client relationships, preferably in transportation or commercial insurance.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Affinity clients; ensure insurance programs deliver value and reduce risk.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders; manage escalated issues to support retention.
• Apply knowledge of commercial risks and products (auto, fleet, liability, workers' comp, property, inland marine) to inform client strategy.
• Lead end-to-end program and project execution: scope requirements, create plans, coordinate deliverables, manage risks and issues, ensure renewal quality.
• Collaborate with sales, servicing, compliance, legal, marketing, placement, claims, technology to meet revenue and service goals.
• Develop understanding of client needs, market dynamics and competitive trends in transportation.
