Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years’ client service and/or claims management experience.
• Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and using technology to maximize productivity and quality.
• Previous experience in managing client relationships is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage accounts of increasing complexity and deliver high-quality client service.
• Grow revenue by counseling clients on additional business opportunities via cross-selling and up-selling.
• Drive Client Service Cycle (Strategy, Renewals, Open Enrollment).
• Act as the client lead, driving strategy for accounts.
• Perform financial management of client accounts, presenting annual projections and renewals.
• Ensure performance metrics and operational productivity are maintained.
