Job summary

Gallagher in Phoenix is seeking an Account Manager to handle day-to-day coordination for small to mid-sized clients, including renewals, billing inquiries, and CRM updates. This role emphasizes client relationships and effective benefits administration.

You will work in a hybrid model (3 days on site, 2 days remote) with travel about 25% and licensing in Life & Health preferred. The position offers competitive compensation and opportunities to impact client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years client coordination or claims management experience or equivalent
• Licensed Life & Health Producer or able to obtain license
• Knowledge of employee benefits and enrollment platforms
• Willing to travel ~25% and work a hybrid schedule in Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities

• Present benefits packages, renewal strategies, and compliance information to clients and stakeholders
• Manage client billing inquiries, invoicing, and policy renewals
• Maintain accurate client account records and CRM data
• Administer benefits administration processes including eligibility, new hire/termination processing, COBRA, and payroll coordination
• Builds and strengthens relationships with existing clients and coordinates resources to meet client needs
• Drive retention and sales of additional services and coverage levels
• Interact with senior buyers and day-to-day client representatives
• Support Account Executives or Brokers when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
