Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years experience in client coordination and/or claims management
• Licensed and/or certified as applicable
• Ability and willingness to travel ~25% of the time
• Hybrid work model experience preferable (Phoenix, AZ)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business for small to mid-sized clients
• Lead resources to address client risk/capital management needs
• Secure existing business and sell additional services
• Build relationships with senior buyers and day-to-day client contacts
• Possess retention goals for accounts
• Coordinate administrative support and customer service as needed
• Support Account Executives or Broker Producers when needed
