Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Client Account Manager/Executive for its Payment Services arm. You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, oversee profitability, and guide strategic direction with data-driven insights.

This role focuses on client satisfaction, multi-channel coordination, and renewal negotiations. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's in Business/Finance and 8–10 years in client management within payments, plus strong negotiation and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience
• Typically eight to 10 years of client management experience in the payments industry
• CenPOS knowledge is highly preferred
• Strong contract negotiation, account management and project management skills
• Working knowledge of ROI and P&L calculations
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
• Proven customer service/relations skills
• Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Travel is 30-40% for meetings or conferences annually

Responsibilities
