Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Payments Sales Consultant to own end-to-end payments and deposit solutions across client segments. You will orchestrate discovery, translate needs into integrated solutions, and serve as the single point of contact for payments strategy.

You will lead client engagements, utilize Deepening Dashboards and Salesforce for pipeline visibility, and mentor other payment professionals. This role requires working from a U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires strong relationship management and business development abilities.
• Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and sales skills.
• Must possess a broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Must be able to work effectively across the company to manage customer relationships.
• Has well-developed written communication and verbal presentation skills.
• Deep expertise in Treasury Management services, including liquidity and investments, receivables, payments, commercial cards, merchant services, and trade.

Responsibilities

• Deliver year-over-year revenue growth and minimize attrition through proactive account planning and executive multi-threading.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs across liquidity and investments, receivables, payments, and trade.
• Translate needs into integrated, client-centric solutions with product and implementation teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for payments strategy and client messaging.
• Structure and lead client discussions aligned with business priorities and trends.
• Coordinate with ICG RMs for seamless handoffs and shared visibility through the sales cycle.
