Job summary

The role analyzes requests, guides departments, and resolves routine issues and employee concerns.

The position focuses on Workday transactions, job descriptions, data analysis, and ongoing maintenance of the job profile framework, with emphasis on policy adherence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience required.
• 2-3 years in business, compensation or related field.
• Experience in high-paced, large educational or corporate setting.
• Strong technical skills; Workday knowledge desired.
• Certifications preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and approve transactions in Workday.
• Analyze position and compensation change requests and communicate outcomes to the appropriate department.
• Review job descriptions for required details.
• Maintain awareness and management of the job profile/framework in Workday.
• Provide guidance on classification and compensation matters.
• Assist management with data analysis and reporting.
