Job summary

Salisbury University is seeking a Classification & Compensation Specialist to administer an effective and equitable program. The incumbent will assess policies, examine workforce data, and support the implementation of compensation initiatives, with emphasis on job analysis and position management.

You will analyze data, audit compensation and classification information, help prepare job descriptions, and update and share simple, transparent processes across the university community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field with 3+ years of analysis.
• Knowledge of federal/state labor, wage and employment laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse clients.
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear diagrams and docs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
