Job summary
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa will develop and execute the technology strategy to support overall business objectives. You will report to the CFO and oversee IT systems, infrastructure, and team operations to ensure reliability, uptime, compliance, and cross-department alignment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business required.
- MBA or related master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years in information technology leadership with 7–10 years in executive roles.
- Proven success developing and executing enterprise IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Extensive experience overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and digital transformation.
- Casino/resort/hospitality experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with executive leadership to define IT goals aligned with strategy.
- Directs IT operations for continuous availability, performance, and security.
- Oversees AS/400 mainframe and integrated system performance across departments.
- Ensures compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations.
- Leads major IT projects including upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
- Develops system recovery and disaster recovery protocols.
