The role leads enterprise IT across applications, data, analytics, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, partnering with executives to position technology as a strategic business driver.

The CIO will build a high-performing team, define multi-year roadmaps, govern IT services, and drive innovation while ensuring risk management and cost transparency across regional operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership in a multi-site organization.
• Experience leading enterprise technology across applications, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into a technology roadmap with measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise technology strategy and multi-year roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Lead a high-performing technology organization with in-house and partner delivery.
• Rationalize application portfolio and governance across construction and corporate systems.
• Establish data governance and promote responsible use of automation and AI.
• Oversee cybersecurity strategy, risk posture, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain resilient infrastructure and end-user technologies from site startup to closeout.
• Advise executive leadership and Board on technology strategy and investments.
