Job summary

Triumph Financial, Inc. is seeking a Chief Information Officer to align technology with business outcomes across Banking, Payments, Factoring, and Intelligence. You will lead enterprise strategy, governance, and a secure, reliable technology platform.

You will chair executive governance bodies, drive AI strategy and risk management, and partner with the CEO and board on major investments and M&A technology due diligence. The role demands executive leadership and strong risk controls.

Qualifications

• Degree from accredited college/university.
• 20+ years of progressive technology and information systems experience.
• 10+ years in senior leadership roles with enterprise scope.
• Experience leading Information Security functions.
• Experience operating at CIO-level or equivalent responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise technology strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Chair governance bodies and enforce technology standards.
• Lead TriumphX and enterprise service delivery with reliable, secure outcomes.
• Partner to establish enterprise AI strategy and governance.
• Advise the Executive Leadership Team on technology investments and trade-offs.
• Oversee vendor strategy, procurement, and financial management.
• Lead technology due diligence for acquisitions and integration planning.
