Confidential is seeking a Chief Information Officer to join the executive leadership team and drive technology strategy at a pivotal moment for the business. This role shapes the technology vision and leads a company ready to invest in digital transformation.

The CIO will oversee enterprise-wide technology strategy, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data strategy while partnering with the CEO, CFO, and Board on major technology investments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Prior CIO, VP of IT, or equivalent executive experience.
• Experience building and scaling technology organizations.
• Strong grounding in infrastructure, security, and enterprise applications.
• Ability to present to and partner with a Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise-wide technology strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
• Oversight of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data strategy.
• Executive-level partnership with CEO, CFO, and Board on major investments.
• Leadership and development of the broader technology organization.
• Governance frameworks for technology risk, security, and compliance.
• Vendor and partner strategy including evaluation of major technology investments.
• Championing digital transformation and modernization initiatives across the business.
• Representing technology strategy and performance in board-level discussions.
