Job summary

C2 GPS is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to guide the workforce development staff in Nevada, developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and meet grant performance measures.

You will assist the Continuous Improvement Manager, provide technical assistance, supervise when needed, and help in staff development and coordination with other departments. This role emphasizes quality, accountability, and customer service in a dynamic public-sector environment.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of workforce development programs and projects.
• Ability to analyze and interpret information and data and provide actionable feedback.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to guide staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Extract, compile, analyze and interpret performance data from MIS and databases.
• Monitor performance data daily and brief management on issues.
• Ensure compliance with data performance rules and assist staff in data interpretation.
• Develop desk aids and tools to capture necessary data for customer activities and performance.
• Provide technical assistance on workforce services programs and support services.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and other departments to meet goals.
