Responsibilities

• Lead executive HR leadership team and advise on workforce strategy.
• Oversee enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with executive leadership to implement HR initiatives and changes.
• Lead compensation, equity reviews, and market salary studies as part of strategy.
• Develop HR technology, analytics, and service improvements to support campus.
