Qualifications

• Ten years progressively responsible HR leadership
• Five years leading professional HR staff
• Experience in organizational development
• Experience leading compensation programs
• Experience managing organizational change
• Experience advising executive leadership

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leadership on workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness
• Lead enterprise-wide workforce planning
• Strengthen recruitment, retention, compensation, employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning
• Help position the University as a trusted strategic partner across academic and administrative areas
