Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree in HR, organizational development, business administration, higher education, law, public administration, or related field preferred.
• Senior-level HR leadership experience in a large, complex, mission-driven organization.
• Ability to align people strategy with institutional priorities and lead through change.
