Capital One is seeking a Project Manager / Chief of Staff to support the Leadership Team, partnering with the Head of Acquisitions and LT to drive strategy and operational excellence. The role focuses on strategy, executive support, culture, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate will lead initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure disciplined execution of priorities while maintaining discretion with sensitive issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management.
• At least 4 years of experience building and influencing strategy.

Responsabilités

• Strategy support: drive LT direction and create a cross-functional view; facilitate strategy presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Executive support and team culture: enhance an intentional, team-oriented culture and lead initiatives to improve associate engagement.
• Communications: align updates across the organization around strategy and progress, in partnership with the communications team and CoS office.
• Event Architect: orchestrate LT meetings, offsite planning, All Hands events, and LT events.
• Operational Excellence: lead or support moderate to large horizontal priorities and track priorities, risks, budgets and outcomes.
