Job summary

Incora is seeking an Inventory Planner to manage chemical inventory against dollar targets and to support purchase quantities and open-to-buy budgets. You will work with SIOP management to attain KPI goals such as inventory turns and minimising slow-moving inventory.

As part of the team, you will analyze stock levels across warehouses and customer onsite locations, forecast demand, and implement just-in-time replenishment while maintaining strong customer relationships and adhering to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, supply chain or related field.
• 2–5 years in inventory management (demand planning, MRP, forecasting, sourcing).
• Strong data and mathematical analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of Oracle, SAP or similar data systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, formulas).
• APICS certification preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop just-in-time stocking plans to meet service level goals.
• Collaborate with customers and program management to adjust plans.
• Manage inventory turns by maintaining optimal Min/Max levels.
• Identify backorders and develop mitigation solutions.
