Job summary

Incora is seeking a Demand Planner II in Indianapolis to drive short-term demand planning and forecast accuracy. You will work with the Demand Planning Manager, Customer Operations & Implementations to ensure data integrity in JDE and related systems, influencing orders, revenue projections, and inventory planning.

You will perform trend analysis, manage exception messages, and support process improvements across departments while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management with relevant coursework.
• APICS CPIM, XSCP or CIPS certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management.
• Experience with Oracle data systems (JDE, SAP) preferred.
• Knowledge of Just in Time (JIT) supply processes preferred.
• Strong data and mathematical analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% accurate forecast data and contract related JDE data.
• Develop and review the 0–3 month Demand Plan with input from stakeholders.
• Analyze data variance, generate exception reports, and present recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Operations to align planning and priorities.
