Job summary

Incora is seeking an exceptional Inventory Planner to join our team in the United States. You will manage chemical inventory to a dollar target and influence purchase quantities, open-to-buy budgets, and KPI performance including in-stock, inventory turns, and slow-moving stock.

You will work under SIOP management and collaborate across customer accounts, warehouses, and program teams to forecast demand, optimize Min/Max levels, and drive cost-effective stocking decisions while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/admin or related field.
• Strong data and mathematical analysis capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and handle changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, advanced formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE) is a plus.
• 2–5 years in inventory management including demand planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop just-in-time stocking and replenishment plans to meet service level goals.
• Align with customers and PMT to adjust inventory plans to forecasts.
• Manage inventory turns by maintaining optimal Min/Max levels.
• Conduct EOQ analyses as part of Min/Max reviews.
• Identify back-ordered materials impacting production and propose mitigations.
• Create recovery plans for sites off from inventory goals.
• Reduce slow-moving and expiring materials.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Procurement, and Material Support teams to streamline supply chain.
• Learn and manage ad-hoc inventory projects.
• Attend meetings and trainings; maintain knowledge of Incora products and customer plans.
• Represent Incora values and maintain customer relationships.
