Job summary

Incora is seeking an Inventory Planner to manage chemical inventory across warehouses and customer sites. You will monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and align with SIOP management to meet KPI targets such as in-stock percentage and inventory turnover.

You will analyze usage history, develop replenishment plans, and drive actions on slow-moving inventory while collaborating with Purchasing, Procurement, and Material Support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management and/or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in data and mathematical analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external customers.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables, Lookups and advanced formulas.
• Experience with ERP/SCM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a just-in-time stocking and replenishment plan for customer contracted requirements to meet service levels.
• Interact with Customer Program Management to adjust inventory plans based on forecasts.
• Manage Min/Max inventory levels to optimize carrying costs and inventory turns.
• Conduct economic reorder quantity analysis as part of Min/Max reviews.
• Identify back-ordered materials and develop mitigation solutions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to streamline processes and reduce cycle times.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with CI team.
• Maintain knowledge of Incora products, services, and customer plans.
