Responsibilities

• Own inventory replenishment strategy and execution across product lines and locations.
• Set and manage reorder points, safety stock, and order quantities.
• Make daily/weekly purchasing and transfer decisions based on demand and constraints.
• Monitor inventory health including stockouts, excess, and slow-moving items.
• Drive KPIs: fill rate, service level, DOH, inventory turns, working capital.
• Coordinate supplier constraints, lead times, MOQs, and buying strategies.
• Submit POs and leverage Sage X3 and planning tools for replenishment.
• Develop reporting to improve decision-making.
