Job summary

Incora in West Chester, PA, seeks an Inventory Planner to manage chemical inventory to targeted dollars and support customer contracts. You will partner with SIOP management to forecast demand and optimize Min/Max in-stock levels across warehouses.

The role emphasizes data analysis, Excel proficiency, and collaboration with purchasing, procurement and program management to reduce costs and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, supply chain, or equivalent.
• Strong data and mathematical analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with Oracle/JDE/SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop just-in-time stocking and replenishment plans for contracted requirements.
• Maintain Min/Max inventory levels to optimize carrying costs.
• Monitor inventory turns and address slow-moving items.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Procurement and Program Management to streamline processes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management
