Job summary

The role emphasizes growth through existing customers and new leads, strong market insight, and regular travel to support the sales plan. A valid driver's license and CRM proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Science or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in sales, preferably chemicals/distribution.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales in assigned territory to maximize revenue and profit.
• Identify opportunities for cross- and range-selling with existing and new customers.
• Set growth strategies and targets in alignment with Sales Manager.
• Maintain CRM data, generate forecasts, and report on sales performance.
• Travel as required to meet customers and close deals.
