Arrow Electronics' ECS division is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow IBM hardware/software solutions via channel partnerships. You will manage partner lifecycles, support offers, and drive sales with IBM and global partners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B sales or partner management, strong English/Croatian, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. This is a remote role based in Croatia with global collaboration.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in B2B sales or partner/channel management (IT experience a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with hardware or software.
• Fluent in Croatian and English (B2/C1).
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

• Develop and grow profitable channel partners.
• Build and nurture new partner relationships across the IBM solution lifecycle.
• Support partners in selecting products, preparing offers, and executing sales plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and internal teams.
