Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy & Organizational Change Management Consultant II in the Arlington/Virginia area. Candidates must be a US citizen and able to obtain the Public Trust clearance.

The role supports multidisciplinary engagements in strategy, transformation, and change management, with up to 25% travel and opportunities to impact client outcomes. The position emphasizes analytical work, client deliverables, and collaboration with project teams to drive effective organizational changes

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, organizational change management, or related field.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear findings and recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing client deliverables and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy, organizational transformation, business process improvement, and change management engagements.
• Assist with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communications, training, and adoption.
• Document current and future state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare materials for client meetings, workshops, and leadership briefings.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
