Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Transformation Analyst to support standard playbook initiatives and act as an internal consultant.

You will identify diagnostics, establish current state, and set fact-based goals for transformation efforts across manufacturing facilities. The role requires about 75% travel to sites and collaboration with facility site leads to guide progress and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• Analytical ability to break down complex problems and drive data-based decisions.
• Strong communication to act as a change agent and coach leaders.
• Experience in lean tools, process improvement, and data collection.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work in unstructured settings.
• 3–5 years of relevant transformation or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to drive performance.
• Assist training on lean tools and planning requirements for operations.
• Coach facility leadership to improve daily transformation performance.
• Drive accountability and local ownership of initiatives.
• Act as change agent to foster high-performance culture at sites.
• Identify, schedule, and manage transformation deliverables and milestones.
• Plan, analyze, and deliver data for progress reviews.
• Provide deck-building guidance for reviews.
