Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Transformation Analyst to support standard playbook initiatives and act as an internal consultant for diagnostics and implementation planning. The role involves coaching local teams, mobilizing resources, and guiding quarterly reviews with site leads.

Travel to manufacturing facilities is about 75% of the time. The candidate will work independently in an unstructured environment, driving fact-based decisions, data analysis, and performance improvements

Qualifications

• Analytical ability to break down complex problems and collect data.
• Strong written and verbal communication to act as a change agent.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate others to adopt best practices.
• Self-starter with initiative and a track record of high goal attainment.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to drive performance and fact-based decisions.
• Assist in lean tools training and in planning implementation requirements for operations.
• Coach and guide local facility leadership to improve daily performance.
• Drive accountability and ownership of operational initiatives for sustainability.
• Act as change agent to foster high performance culture at facilities.
• Identify and schedule transformation deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
• Prepare data for progress reviews and support deck-building and storytelling.
