Job summary

Vantive is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Manager of Talent Management to lead enterprise change management efforts that enable business transformation and accelerate adoption across functions. You will build structured change strategies, stakeholder plans, communications, readiness approaches, and adoption measures supporting leaders, managers, and employees through change.

The role partners with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or country equivalent in HR, Organizational Development, Change Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree or certifications in Change Management, Organizational Development, or related disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change management strategies for talent, organizational effectiveness, and transformation initiatives.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, risk identification, and adoption planning.
• Build integrated change plans with sponsorship, communications, engagement, training, resistance management, adoption measurement, and sustainment.
• Incorporate AI-enabled approaches to identify practical use cases and adoption barriers.
• Partner with project teams and HR leaders to embed change activities into initiative plans.
