Job summary

The Vanguard Group is seeking an experienced Change Management professional to lead master plans for large, multi-year initiatives. You will secure leadership buy-in, advise on best practices, and drive communications with stakeholders across the organization.

You will build relationships with internal and external partners, identify risks, and develop measurement processes to assess maturity and success of transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years related work experience.
• Three years of business transformation and or change management experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
• Graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and monitors master change and communication plans for large departmental or multi-year initiatives and programs; secures senior management buy-in across the department/division.
• Provides insight on best practices and obstacles; acts as trusted advisor to align business transformation with company strategy and market conditions.
• Communicates change management status and issues to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
• Builds and maintains relationships; fosters communication between internal and external stakeholders; influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
• Identifies, manages, and mitigates risks; communicates solutions to management and stakeholders for input and buy-in.
• Develops measurement processes for change management success to help partners self-assess using maturity models.
• Maintains productive working relationships with project team members, consultants and stakeholders at executive and operational levels.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
