Job summary

rockITdata is seeking an experienced OCM/Stakeholder Engagement Lead to guide organizational change for a major federal healthcare modernization initiative. You will partner with Program Management, Communications, Training, and Engineering to drive readiness, minimize resistance, and ensure successful technology adoption across multiple healthcare entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five years of experience leading organizational change management or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with enterprise technology implementations or digital transformation.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar methodologies is preferred.
• VA, VHA, DHA, or Federal health IT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OCM strategies for healthcare modernization initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses.
• Create stakeholder engagement plans to promote adoption and readiness.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Communications, and Training teams.
• Facilitate executive briefings, workshops, and customer sessions.
• Develop communication strategies that support adoption and transformation.
• Monitor engagement metrics and readiness throughout implementation.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for change efforts.
• Support deployment planning and go-live readiness from an org perspective.
• Recommend continuous improvement to strengthen engagement and program success.
