Job summary

rockITdata is seeking a Requirements Management Lead / Business Analyst to bridge government stakeholders, business users, and technical teams on a large federal healthcare modernization initiative. You will lead requirements gathering, validation, and documentation, maintain CRTM traces, facilitate JAD sessions, and ensure solutions meet objectives and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Five years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or systems analysis.
• Experience documenting functional and technical requirements across the SDLC.
• Experience creating requirements traceability matrices and process documentation.
• Strong facilitation, analytical and communication skills across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and documentation across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and JAD meetings to identify requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Contractor Requirements Traceability Matrix (CRTM).
• Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and project managers to validate requirements.
