Job summary

Texas Children’s Hospital seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to establish and scale OCM as a core IS capability. This role leads change for technology and digital transformation, guiding teams to adopt new systems, workflows, and ways of working across the organization.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of experience leading or supporting organizational change management, technology, or process-improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for four years of experience.
• Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management activities for IS initiatives and technology projects.
• Develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption approaches.
• Conduct stakeholder, change impact, readiness, and resistance assessments.
• Partner with project managers, clinical leaders, operational teams, training, and communications to align change activities with project goals.
• Translate complex technology and process changes into clear communications.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and leadership alignment sessions.
• Support go-live readiness, adoption monitoring, reinforcement activities, and sustainment planning.
