Job summary

Indiana University seeks an Associate, Organizational Change Management within Financial Enterprise Engagement. The role supports change management for major initiatives including Horizon transformation, budgeting software rollout, and procurement transformation.

Reports to the Associate Vice President of Financial Enterprise Engagement. Responsibilities include designing end-to-end strategies, creating communications, conducting stakeholder assessments, and delivering training across IU

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in organizational change management, preferably in higher education or public sector.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Experience managing IT implementations in finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Designs and executes end-to-end change management strategies guiding stakeholders through awareness, adoption, and long-term ownership.
• Creates tailored communication plans, leadership talking points, and messaging about project goals.
• Conducts stakeholder impact assessments to identify risks and build relationships across campuses.
• Develops and delivers targeted training programs for campus users on new platforms.
• Facilitates project committees and cross-functional alignment to ensure governance and buy-in.
• Defines scope, goals, and deliverables with regular status updates to leadership.
