Job summary

Indiana University Health System is seeking a Change Management Lead to design, implement, and monitor change plans across complex transformations. You will equip stakeholders with the knowledge and resources needed to transition smoothly, foster adoption, and minimize disruption while aligning with organizational goals.

You will lead workshops, assess readiness and resistance, and partner with training, operations, and communications teams to deliver a cohesive change approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with domain experience.
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives in healthcare or related fields.
• Certifications in change methodology and project management preferred (Prosci, APMG, PMP).
• Knowledge of change, project management, data analysis, and virtual collaboration tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and refines change plans and transfers ownership to business owners.
• Leads stakeholder assessments, adoption, and resistance management.
• Conducts change impact and readiness assessments and tracks adoption metrics.
• Facilitates workshops to communicate change strategies, risks, and progress.
• Develops tools, templates, and processes to streamline change activities.
