Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business, psychology, healthcare administration, or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Certification in Change Methodology (Prosci or similar) is preferred.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is preferred.
• Experience with change, project management, stakeholder engagement, training support, or healthcare initiatives is preferred.
