Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington is seeking an Associate, Organizational Change Management to support the Financial Enterprise Engagement across major transformation initiatives such as Project Horizon, Anaplan IU Finance, and Procurement Transformation.

The role develops and executes change management, training, and communications plans, working with VPCFO and external partners to ensure adoption, governance alignment, and value realization across IU’s campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, data analytics, information systems)
• MBA or related discipline preferred
• 5 years of relevant experience required
• Change management experience in finance, compliance, or audits preferred
• Experience managing IT implementations in finance preferred
• Prosci or similar certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end change management strategies across transformation initiatives
• Develop tailored communication plans and messaging for leadership and stakeholders
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and manage resistance
• Develop and deliver training programs for campus users on new platforms
• Facilitate governance meetings and cross-functional collaboration
• Define scope, goals and deliverables with regular status updates
