Job summary

InnovAge is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness & Change Partner to help leaders, teams, and the organization navigate growth and transformation. You will partner with HR, Internal Communications, and stakeholders to design strategies that improve effectiveness, adoption, and sustainable business results.

You will assess organizational needs, facilitate solutions, support enterprise change initiatives, and implement development programs to strengthen capability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR/OD/Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in organizational development, change management, or related fields.
• Certifications such as Prosci Change Management, CPTD, ATD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred.
• Experience facilitating workshops, leadership programs, and organizational development initiatives.
• Experience partnering with leaders to solve organizational, team, and performance challenges.
• Strong knowledge of OD principles, change management methodologies, and leadership development practices.
• Experience managing projects and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and consulting skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, HRBPs, and teams to assess challenges and identify solutions to improve effectiveness and performance.
• Consult with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, role clarity, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead enterprise change initiatives through assessments, readiness planning, communication, adoption strategies, and reinforcement activities.
• Facilitate leadership alignment sessions, strategic planning workshops, and organizational problem-solving sessions.
• Develop and maintain organizational effectiveness and change management frameworks, toolkits, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications to ensure consistent communication during transformational initiatives.
• Measure adoption and business outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed.
