Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Manager of Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management to lead initiatives that strengthen organization health and sustain change across the enterprise. You will partner with leaders and HR to translate business needs into practical solutions and manage projects from diagnosis to adoption.

The role requires 5+ years in organizational effectiveness or change management within a large, matrixed organization, with strong facilitation and project-management

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business, Psychology, Education, Change Management, or related field required; equivalent education and directly relevant experience may be considered.
• Master's degree preferred and relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience with leading organizational-effectiveness and change initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead organizational-effectiveness and change initiatives aligned with BILH priorities, culture, workforce needs, and WE CARE values.
• Partner with leaders, managers, and HR to understand needs and recommend practical solutions.
• Develop change plans for transformations, operating-model changes, technology implementations, and culture initiatives.
• Assess readiness, capacity, dependencies, and risk; support effective implementation and adoption.
• Conduct diagnostics using data, interviews, and stakeholder analysis to identify barriers and opportunities.
• Design and facilitate team-effectiveness, leadership-alignment, and culture sessions.
