Job summary

Intel is seeking an Org and Leader Effectiveness Partner in the US to work with executives on complex organizational challenges. The role requires deep organization development expertise, senior coaching, and the ability to diagnose systems and design practical interventions for faster execution and stronger performance.

You will lead and collaborate with OLE peers and HR partners, delivering leadership development, succession planning, onboarding, and change initiatives across a lean, matrixed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years in organization development, effectiveness, or related consulting.
• Master's degree with 6+ years in organization development or similar field.
• Proven experience advising senior executives and leading complex organizational changes.
• Ability to diagnose needs and translate into targeted development roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisory relationships with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Coach and advise leaders on organization effectiveness, talent strategy, and change leadership.
• Diagnose leadership challenges using business context and data.
• Design interventions to improve alignment, trust, and business results.
• Lead leadership transitions, onboarding, and integration to accelerate performance.
• Develop leadership and team development roadmaps aligned to business needs.
• Collaborate with Talent, Learning, and HR for solutions.
