Job summary

Invesco is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Partner to serve as a thought partner to HR and business leaders and to drive high-performance through OE interventions. You will lead diagnostics, design, facilitation, coaching, and measurement in a global, matrixed environment.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience in HR/OD, strong consulting and stakeholder skills, and a focus on change management and team dynamics. Hybrid work with a strong office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HR, Talent, or Organizational Development experience in global, matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders on change adoption and organizational challenges.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and coaching capabilities; psychometric assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve OE methodologies, tools, and frameworks aligned to strategy.
• Serve as trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, translating strategy into OE interventions.
• Lead end-to-end intervention design and execution with diagnostics, design, coaching, and measurement.
• Diagnose organizational and team dynamics to identify root causes and inform solutions.
• Facilitate team interventions and leadership programs; provide executive coaching.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and insights; leverage data and storytelling to drive decisions.
• Establish evaluation metrics and continuous improvement; align with global priorities.
