Job summary

Intel is seeking an Org and Leader Effectiveness Partner to collaborate with executives and senior teams on complex organizational and leadership challenges. You will diagnose needs, design interventions, and drive high-impact leadership development to accelerate performance and business results.

The role requires deep OD expertise, executive coaching, and the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable options while working with cross-functional partners in a lean, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years in organization development, organization effectiveness, or related consulting.
• Master's degree with 6+ years in organization development, leadership, or HR consulting.
• Advising senior executives and leadership teams on complex organizational and leadership challenges.
• Diagnosing leadership needs and translating them into targeted development strategies and roadmaps.
• Leading complex changes and transformation efforts within large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisory relationships with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Partner with leaders on organization effectiveness, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy.
• Diagnose organizational challenges using data and systems thinking.
• Advise on design, operating models, governance, and accountability.
• Design and facilitate leadership and team interventions to improve alignment and business results.
• Lead leadership transitions, onboarding, and integration to accelerate performance.
• Develop leadership capabilities and roadmaps aligned to business objectives and future needs.
• Create development experiences that build leadership skills and drive critical work.
• Collaborate with Talent, Learning, and HR to address organizational needs.
