Job summary

FCS Financial seeks a Senior Vice President, Business Optimization to shape how we turn big ideas into meaningful results across the organization. This is a senior leadership opportunity to connect strategy, people, priorities, and execution.

You will lead teams responsible for project management, continuous improvement, operational readiness and training, and change management, aligning resources and initiatives to deliver tangible outcomes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operations leadership experience involving project management, process improvement, operational training, or similar functions.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Experience with change management and strategic execution across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into execution by translating priorities into coordinated plans with clear accountability.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Lead through change by providing communication, training, and support for new systems and processes.
• Bring clarity to complex priorities and help leaders balance resources and initiatives.
• Develop and empower high-performing teams across project management, process improvement, and training functions.
• Create alignment across functions to ensure changes work in practice, not just on paper.
